What you get
“What’s out this week” arrives on Thursdays: the weekend’s and the coming week’s new shows, movies, albums and games, with US and UK dates and where to watch. If you also choose desk emails (streaming, movies, games, music or awards), each arrives on mornings when that desk has news. The emails are free.
Signing up
You must be 16 or older. When you sign up, we send an email asking you to confirm your address; nothing else is sent until you do. Your consent covers only the emails you chose.
Advertising
The emails are paid for by advertising. A sponsor’s message is always labeled “Sponsor” and kept apart from the news. We never share your address with a sponsor.
Stopping
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect at once. You can also write to newsroom@popdesk.online and we will remove you.
Your information
Our email provider keeps your address, the emails you chose, and the time and internet address of your sign-up as the record of your consent, on our behalf, in the European Union. We use them only to send the emails you chose and to show you agreed. See our privacy notice.
Changes
We may change what the newsletters contain or how often they arrive. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the next email.
